They are carefully harvested, selected, and processed within the shortest possible time to preserve their natural sweetness. They are ideal for preparing quick fish-based sauces or serving with fine shellfish. Nutritional values per 100 g: energy 96 kJ (23 kcal); fat 0.5 g; saturated fat 0.1 g; carbohydrates 3.3 g; sugars 2.5 g; protein 1.2 g; salt 0 g. Ingredients: Datterini tomatoes, tomato juice. Directions for use: Heat the sauce and serve hot with fish or shellfish. Legal information: Under the Food Information to Consumers Regulation (LMIV), mandatory information including nutrition declarations, directions for use, and country-of-origin information for goods from abroad must be provided on all prepacked foods, including products intended for further processing. Before the LMIV came into force, this information only had to be declared on packaging intended for the final consumer. The LMIV labeling requirements generally also apply to non-prepacked foods, although certain exceptions apply; for example, nutrition labeling is not required for these products.
