4-chamber wheat grain pillow. Size: approx. 20 x 60 cm. Filling: wheat grains, approx. 1,200 g. Cover: 100% cotton. The pillow has many uses, for example as an abdominal pillow, neck pillow, back pillow, or foot warmer. Made in Germany. The four equally sized chambers provide even distribution of the heat and filling when warmed. The 60 cm pillow can be used around the feet, on the neck, as a bed warmer, or across the abdomen. As a heating pillow in the microwave: At approx. 600 watts (medium setting), heat for 90 seconds or approx. 1.5 minutes. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow well and continue heating it in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Place a cup of water in the microwave so that the grains do not dry out. As a heating pillow in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper, and ensure that the pillow lies freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approx. 911 minutes. The grill function must be switched off. As a heating pillow on a radiator: If less heat is needed, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cooling pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. The wheat grains are cereal grains with good natural moisture. They are light brown and medium-sized. When warmed, the pillow gives off a grain aroma. The pillow is not washable and, like the spelt pillow, is not suitable for people with gluten intolerance. Different fillings are available, including spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat. The fillings range from very hard cherry pits to the very fine St. John's wort seeds. The recommended filling is rapeseed. This wellness heating and cooling pillow is intended for relaxation and home use. Read the instructions and safety information before using the pillow, and retain them for future reference. If the product is passed on to another person, the instructions must also be provided. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease residue may damage the product. Do not heat the pillow for too long or at too high a power level. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before heating it again.
