Original Lomo Ibrico Bellota, the loin from the black Iberian acorn-fed pig. The pigs are raised 100% free-range and, during the winter feeding period known as the Montanera, eat fallen acorns and chestnuts. Lomo Ibrico is marinated according to a traditional recipe with a mixture of olive oil, oregano, garlic, and smoked paprika powder, then dried for several months in natural casings. Air-dried Lomo Ibrico is considered one of Spain's finest ham specialties and has a firm place in Spanish cuisine. The Lomo Ibrico is delivered whole and vacuum-packed.
