Aphrosmile essential oil releases an intense fragrance in the room. With a 10 ml fill volume, it is suitable for use in diffusers and humidifiers and can also be used for making candles and soaps. Made for everyday use at home. Directions for use The 100% pure verbena essential oil is distilled from the leaves and stems. Therapeutic Grade verbena essential oil has a citrus fragrance that may relieve stress, promote sleep, calm the nerves, and relieve stress. It blends well with bergamot, chamomile, geranium, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, peppermint, rose, rosemary, and rosewood essential oils. Diffuser and humidifier: Add a few drops of essential oil to the water tank. The oil will naturally evaporate into the room. A diffuser fills the air with tiny, breathable particles of essential oils, creating a calmer and more pleasant-smelling atmosphere. Massage: Mix essential oils with a carrier oil, then apply to targeted areas and massage. Candle and soap making: Add essential oil to the candle or soap when making candles or soap. A candle diffuser uses a tealight or another candle to gently warm the essential oil and encourage diffusion into a room. Spray: Add essential oil to water in a glass spray bottle.
