Our special gluten-free mill, purchased by the Swiss Army, has a capacity of up to 18 metric tons per day and mills exclusively gluten-free flours. It is located in a separate building to prevent any contamination from products containing gluten. Every batch of gluten-free flour is tested in our own mill laboratory for gluten-free status. We have also set up a flour-dust-free room for this purpose. Produced without genetically modified organisms or genetically modified raw materials, and without preservatives or additives. Residue analysis is performed on the individual additives. Handling and storage instructions: For gluten-free cooking. Suitable for cakes, pastries, porridge, pudding, muffins, and much more.
