This 8-chamber spelt grain pillow measures approximately 75 x 20 cm and is filled with approximately 1,600 g of organic spelt grains. The cover is made of 100% cotton from organic cultivation. Its extra-long design makes it suitable for use as a back or abdominal pillow and for the kidney and spine area. The 8-chamber system keeps the filling evenly distributed and helps distribute heat or cold. The pillow can be folded and fits well in a standard-size microwave. It can be used as a heat pillow in the microwave, oven, or on a radiator, or as a cold pillow after several hours in the refrigerator or freezer. For microwave use, heat at approximately 600 watts for 90 seconds, then shake the pillow and continue heating in 15-second intervals if needed. For oven use, do not preheat; use baking paper, turn off the grill function, place a cup of water in the oven, and heat with top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. Always follow the included instructions and your appliance instructions. Caution: fire hazard. Ensure that the seams are closed and the pillow is clean and undamaged. Food or grease residues may damage the product. Overheating, excessive power, or using the grill function can cause the pillow to overheat and catch fire. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating. The pillow is manufactured in Germany.
