Description

  • BLUEBERRY JUICE: Made from locally grown blueberries, freshly pressed and preserved only through heating. Each pressing varies in flavor and color depending on the variety and ripeness of the fruit. Subsequent cloudiness is possible and reflects the natural character of the juice and the absence of additives. Also suitable for making jelly; preparation in a saucepan is recommended instead of kitchen appliances with blades.
  • NOT FROM CONCENTRATE: No additives are used to provide a pure natural product. The processing is designed to retain as many plant compounds as possible: gently cold-pressed, gently heated to 80C, and thereby preserved. Contains only its own naturally occurring fruit sugar and no added sugars, flavors, preservatives, or other additives. Naturally vegan and vegetarian.
  • ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS SHIPPING: Shipping packaging made from cardboard and compostable corn starch.
  • NATURAL: Each pressing varies in flavor and color depending on the ripeness of the fruit. Subsequent cloudiness is possible and reflects the natural character of the juice and the absence of additives.
  • FAMILY BUSINESS: Fresh, locally grown fruit is pressed and dried at our family business in Meckenheim in the Palatinate, now operated by the third generation. We are recognized as a nature conservation partner and commit to conservation measures, such as bee observation hives on our premises and flowering strips. We also focus on short transport routes; our fields are no more than 5 km from the business.
