It requires less cooking and retains the full flavor and color of the fruit. Ingredients Water, pectin extract solids (10%), acidity regulator: potassium citrate, preservative: sulfur dioxide. Directions Mix Certo with fruit juice, place in a saucepan, and heat until the desired consistency is reached.
