The cervical spine neck wrap is a versatile rapeseed pillow for the neck, shoulders and upper back. It can be used as a heat pillow in the microwave, oven or on a radiator, or as a cold pillow from the refrigerator or freezer. A heat application lasts approximately 15 minutes. Follow the included instructions. Microwave: Place the pillow on the turntable and heat at approximately 600 watts (medium setting) for 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. Oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper, place the pillow freely and add a cup of water. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes; switch off the grill function. Radiator: Warm the pillow on a radiator when less heat is required. Cold use: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. This wellness heat/cold pillow is intended for relaxation and home use. Read and retain the instructions and safety information before use. When passing the product on to another person, include these instructions. Caution: Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease may damage the product. Excessively long heating, excessive power or using the grill function may overheat the pillow and cause a fire. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven to prevent the seeds from drying out, and follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating. The pillow is not washable.
