General information The product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Instructions for use Heating in the oven: Remove the pillow from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the pillow on a clean, cold oven rack covered with baking paper. Place the rack on the middle shelf of the oven. Heat the pillow for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Heating in the microwave: Remove the pillow from its packaging. Place the cherry pit pillow in a clean microwave. Position it so that the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, it may be necessary to fold the pillow once in the middle. Important: Always place a cup of water in the microwave as well. Heat the pillow at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pillowrisk of burns. Do not leave the pillow unattended while heating. Care instructions: Allow the pillow to cool completely between uses. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Heating pillows with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but they must be allowed to dry for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Warnings and safety instructions for cherry pit pillows 1. Do not heat unattended. Overheating may cause a fire or burns. The pillow must never be heated in the microwave or oven without supervision. 2. Do not overheat. Follow the heating times and temperatures specified by the manufacturer. Overheating may damage the pillow or cause a fire. 3. Check the temperature before use. After heating, always check the temperature, for example by touching it with your hand. A pillow that is too hot may cause skin burns, especially for children or older adults. 4. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. There is a risk of choking and burns from improper use. 5. Use only under adult supervision. 6. Not suitable for consumption. Do not open or eat the contents, such as cherry pits, spelt, or rapeseed. 7. Washing cherry pit pillows: Cherry pit or heating pillows may be washed at 30C, but they must then be dried for a long time, preferably on a radiator, to prevent mold. 8. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. 9. Do not use while sleeping. There is a risk of choking and overheating. 10. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or if there is a smell of burning.
