Specially designed for the neck and shoulder area This large, generously filled and heavy neck pad features an attached collar that also provides a comfortable feel around the neck. The chambered design and neck-and-shoulder shape help keep the pad comfortably in place while walking, sitting, or bending. 2. Easy to use As a microwave heating pad: Place the pad in a microwave with a turntable at approximately 600 watts (medium setting) for 90 seconds. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pad thoroughly and continue heating it in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. As an oven heating pad: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and place the pad freely. Put a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The grill function must be switched off. As a heating pad on a radiator: For a lower level of warmth, the pad can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pack: Place the pad in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. 3. The natural odor of the cherry pits may initially be particularly strong and fruity because they are cleaned with water only and without chemicals.
