Warming comfort for the neck. The middle chamber covers the entire cervical spine, measuring approximately 17 cm wide and more than 20 cm high, and extends another 10 cm directly into the upper back area. The two outer chambers provide support around the neck so the pillow stays comfortably in place while sitting or walking. Dimensions: 50 x 20 cm, plus a 17 x 10 cm back section. Natural filling with 100% cotton fabric. Use as a heat pack in the microwave at approximately 600 watts on the medium setting for about 1 minute; the instructions also specify 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the neck heat pack thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. In the oven, do not preheat; use baking paper, switch off the grill function, and heat on the middle rack using conventional top and bottom heat at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The product information also states approximately 1015 minutes. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven to prevent the filling from drying out. For lower heat requirements, warm the pillow on a radiator. To use as a cold pack, place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Allow it to cool completely before reheating.
