Our baked spaetzle, also known as baked soup peas, are made from classic spaetzle dough. We use wheat flour from Kunstmhle Leidescher in Krumbach, eggs from Geflgelhof Lachenmeier in Hhrlis, a little locally sourced cow's milk, spices, and rapeseed oil. The oil is heated to a medium temperature, and the baked soup peas are then shaved into it using a traditional spaetzle slicer. Our baked spaetzle are an excellent soup garnish when time is short, for example in Swabian festive soup, wedding soup, wonton soup, and other soups. Ingredients: Flour, hen's egg, water, milk, vegetable oil, salt, spices. Preparation: In the microwave, place the contents in a microwave-safe container, cover, and heat at 600 watts for 4 minutes. On the stove, place the contents in a saucepan and heat at a gentle boil for approximately 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Alternatively, place the closed can in boiling water for 20 minutes. Before opening, briefly cool the can with cold water and cover it with a cloth while opening.
