Dr. Oetker NATRLich Lemon Extract, made from Sicilian lemons, gives cakes, layer cakes, waffles, cookies, and other baked goods a fresh lemon flavor. It also adds a naturally aromatic citrus note to desserts and beverages, including dessert creams and cocktails. The extract is ready to use and consume without preparation. Depending on the recipe, use 1 to 2 teaspoons to flavor cake batter, beverages, or desserts. Store dry at room temperature. Ingredients: rapeseed oil, 10% lemon extract.
