Dessert powder developed by professional chefs for the food-service industry to prepare a refreshing woodruff-flavored jelly dessert. Ingredients: beef gelatin, sugar, acidifying agent (E 297), vitamin C, coloring food (turmeric extract), flavoring, and color (E 131). Preparation in a saucepan: Boil half the specified amount of water and turn off the heat. Mix the jelly dessert powder with the sugar and stir into the water, which should no longer be boiling, until the powder has fully dissolved. Immediately add the remaining cold water and stir well again. Pour the jelly dessert into serving bowls and chill. Dosage: 35 g dessert powder, 200 g sugar, and 1 liter of water.
