The original Feltmann cross harnesstrusted for years. The crosspiece below the breastbone is unique and was developed and patented by behavioral researcher Gudrun Feltmann v. Schroeder. The nylon straps used can withstand a tensile load of 1.2 to 2.0 tons. How to determine the correct size: 1. Measure the chest girth: Measure approximately 510 cm behind the front legs. Then add 510% to the measured chest girth. 2. Use the dog's weight: Weigh your dog and determine the appropriate size using the weight chart. 3. Notes: Special Feltmann harnesses are available for pugs, bulldogs and similar breeds. The back strap on these pug harnesses is significantly shortened to suit the anatomy of these breeds. Feltmann mini harnesses are available for puppies and small dogs weighing up to 3 kg, with a chest girth of 2535 cm and a strap width of 10 mm. Care and washing instructions: Light soiling can be removed by hand washing. Feltmann chest harnesses can also be machine-washed at 30C. Before washing, close the high-quality Wienerlock plastic side-release buckles. Using a laundry bag is practical and gentler. The harnesses are not suitable for tumble drying.
