This flaxseed neck pillow with chambers is our smallest neck heating pillow, ideal for those needing a larger and heavier option. It can be heated in the microwave or oven for warmth or cooled in the refrigerator for cold therapy. Easy to use: Microwave at 600 watts for 1 minute, shaking and reheating in 15-second intervals if needed. For oven use, do not preheat, use baking paper, and place a cup of water in the oven.
