Thermal wheelchair blanket for older adults and patients. The back panel provides additional warmth and padding, and the back insert has a buckle design for easy use. Zippers on both sides make the cover easy to put on and remove while keeping the user's legs and feet warm and protected. The upper strap can be secured behind the wheelchair backrest. The lower strap can be adjusted to cover and pad the full seat, half the seat, or just the legs according to individual needs.
