The arm extension device provides stability during stretching, helps minimize risk, and supports effective stretching of the upper extremity and elbow joint. It is designed to reduce the need for visits to a rehabilitation hospital and reduce discomfort during arm extension, making rehabilitation training more effective. It is intended for elbow injury recovery training. Features: 1. User-friendly, flexible, self-contained flexion and extension. Two training modes can be switched flexibly for home self-training. 2. During training, set the angle to the maximum angle you can tolerate and remain still for 15 minutes. Perform two 15-minute sessions with a 5-minute break between them, for 23 training sets per day. 3.
