Flaxseed pillow size: approx. 30x20 cm, filling: flaxseeds, approx. 800g, fabric: 100% cotton, organic, made in Germany. Depending on your needs, heat the pillow in the microwave or oven, or cool it in the refrigerator. Easy to use as a heat pillow for the microwave at approx. 600 watts for 1 minute. If desired warmth is not reached, shake and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For oven use, do not preheat, use baking paper, and place a cup of water in the oven. For cold use, place in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours.
