• For hot and cold use: heat in the microwave for 60 seconds or in the oven; cool in the refrigerator or freezer.

Organic spelt pillow, approximately 30 x 20 cm, filled with approximately 800 g of organic spelt and covered in 100% cotton. Depending on whether heat or acute cold is needed, the pillow can be heated in the microwave, oven, or on a radiator, or cooled in the refrigerator or freezer. For microwave use with a turntable, heat at 600 watts (medium setting) for 1 minute. If more warmth is needed, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For oven use, do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, switch off the grill function, place the pillow on the middle rack using conventional top and bottom heat at 130C for approximately 911 minutes, and place a cup of water in the oven. For lower heat requirements, warm the pillow on a radiator. To use as a cold pack, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. This wellness heat and cold pillow is intended for relaxation and home use. Read and retain the instructions and safety information before use. For safety, ensure that the seams are closed and the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease may damage the product. Overheating, excessive power, or using the grill function can cause the pillow to overheat and catch fire. Always follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances do not permit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating. Different fillings are available, including spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat.
