Sideritis scardica from Mount Olympus, whole herb with flowers, excellent quality, directly imported from a small family-run farm in Greece and produced using certified organic cultivation. Aromatic, spicy and lemony. Because the herb is uncut, all of its constituents are fully retained. The tea presents beautifully in a clear teapot or glass. Ingredients: 100% Greek mountain tea (Sideritis scardica)* *From certified organic cultivation. Directions: Pour 1 liter of hot water (80C) over 510 g of Greek ironwort/Greek mountain tea. Cover and steep for approximately 15 minutes, then strain into a thermos and drink throughout the day. Please use the whole plant, as the stem also contains the active compounds.
