Heat and cold pillow, 24 x 24 cm, with a 100% cotton cover. Made in Germany. Depending on whether you need warmth or immediate cooling, heat the pillow in the microwave or oven, or cool it in the refrigerator or freezer. Usage instructions: Microwave with turntable: Heat at 600 watts on medium power for 1 minute. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Place a cup of water in the microwave so the seeds do not dry out. Oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and place the pillow freely. Turn off the grill function. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. Radiator: For lower heat requirements, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. Cold pillow or cold compress: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Different fillings are available, including spelt, cherry pit, flaxseed, grape seed, rapeseed, St. John's wort seed, and wheat pillows. The fillings range from very firm cherry pits to very fine St. John's wort seeds. The recommended filling is rapeseed. This wellness heat and cold pillow is intended for relaxation and use at home. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue and grease residue may damage the product. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it.
