This 2-piece set includes a 7-chamber pillow measuring 67 x 18 cm and weighing approximately 780 g, plus a small pillow measuring 17 x 11 cm and weighing approximately 120 g. Select your preferred color. The pattern may vary slightly depending on how the fabric is cut. Shipping is by DHL parcel with a tracking number. The product is intended to support self-care and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Oven heating: Remove the pillow from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the pillow on a clean, cold oven rack covered with baking paper. Position the rack on the middle shelf and heat the pillow for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Microwave heating: Remove the pillow from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, the pillow may need to be folded once in the middle. Always place a cup of water in the microwave. Heat at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pillow due to the risk of burns. Do not leave it unattended while heating. Do not continue using the pillow if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned. Keep these instructions for future reference. Allow the pillow to cool completely between uses and store it in a dry place. Pillows with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but must be dried for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Safety warnings: Never heat the pillow unattended. Overheating can cause burns or a fire. Follow the specified heating times and temperatures. Always check the temperature before use, as a pillow that is too hot can burn the skin, especially of children or older people. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption; do not open or eat the filling. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of suffocation and overheating. Check regularly for damage. Stop using the product if a seam is leaking or there is a smell of burning.
