FINE LEMONGRASS SEASONING POWDER A special seasoning made from finely ground lemongrass, with a taste and aroma of lemons and roses. Lemongrass is also known as lemongrass and has a particularly intense aroma that can give dishes a fresh lemon flavor. When cooking, pay attention to the dosage: 1 teaspoon of the ground, aromatic lemongrass powder is approximately equivalent to one fresh stalk. RECIPE: Vietnamese Spaghetti INGREDIENTS: 500 g spaghetti, 500 g ground beef, 2 onions, 1 clove of garlic, fish sauce as needed, 24 teaspoons ground lemongrass, 1 glass of mung beans or julienned pickles, optionally pearl onions, oil, salt, pepper, Vietnamese seasoning, and turmeric. PREPARATION: Finely chop one onion. Mix it with the ground beef and season with salt and pepper, then add the fish sauce. Cover and let rest for at least one hour. Cook the spaghetti. Heat oil in a pan, finely chop the second onion, and saut until translucent. Add several teaspoons of lemongrass powder and the finely chopped garlic. Finally, add the ground beef and cook over low heat so it can release its juices. Once the meat is cooked through, season again with fish sauce, salt, pepper, and turmeric until a yellowish color is achieved. TO SERVE: Prepare small bowls and distribute the mung beans or julienned pickles in them first. Add a layer of spaghetti, followed by a layer of ground beef. If desired, top with Chinese pearl onions, season again with fish sauce, and serve immediately. Add chili for a spicy version. Ingredients: 100% lemongrass.
