Heidi cake topper. Simply place the topper on the cake and it is decorated. The cake topper is made from edible sugar paper. Its diameter is approximately 20 cm and it can be trimmed to the desired size. Store dry and protect from moisture. Instructions: 1. Bake the cake or tart, let it cool, and level the surface. If it is frozen, make sure it has thawed completely, as the topper may otherwise become soft. 2. Place the topper on the cake or tart using gentle pressure; secure with icing if necessary. 3. The cake topper can then be decorated with whipped cream, buttercream, or royal icing. Do not use jelly or jam, as this may cause the topper to soften quickly.
