Choose your preferred color. General information: This product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Instructions for use Heating in the oven: Remove the pad from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the pad on a clean, cold rack covered with baking paper. Place the rack on the middle shelf of the oven. Heat the pad for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Heating in the microwave: Remove the pad from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, it may be necessary to fold the pad in half. Important: Always place a cup of water in the microwave as well. Heat the pad at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pad due to the risk of burns. Do not leave the pad unattended while heating. This product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Do not continue using the product if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned. Keep these instructions for use. Care instructions: Allow the pad to cool completely between uses. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Heat pads with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but they must be allowed to dry for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Safety and warning instructions: Do not heat the pad unattended. Overheating can cause a fire or burns; the pad must never be heated unsupervised in a microwave or oven. Do not overheat it, and follow the manufacturer's heating times and temperatures. Always check the temperature before use by touching the pad with your hand. A pad that is too hot can cause skin burns, particularly to children and older adults. Do not use for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of suffocation and burns from improper use. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption; do not open or eat the contents, such as cherry pits, spelt, or rapeseed. If washed at 30C, allow the pad to dry thoroughly afterward, preferably on a radiator, to prevent mold. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of suffocation and overheating. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or if there is a smell of burning.
