A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Vieux Carignan, and Cinsault. A beautiful ruby red color with violet highlights. The bouquet clearly reveals notes of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and redcurrants, along with nuances of preserved fruit. Cherry and spicy notes dominate the palate. The tannins are still young but soft. The wine has a lovely finish. Ideally paired with everyday dishes, red meat, ratatouille, and Provenal cuisine.
