Summer Bread baking mix: a light spelt bread with a fresh, sun-yellow color. Spelt flour type 630 and corn flour form the basis of this light summer bread. A generous handful of sunflower seeds provides a distinctive bite. Ingredients: spelt flour type 630 (56.6%), corn flour, sunflower seeds, dry sourdough (whole-grain rye), salt, and dry yeast. Makes a light, fresh summer bread weighing approximately 750 g. Includes instructions and is suitable for bread machines. Directions: Add the specified amount of liquid, knead thoroughly, and let the dough rise for about 1 hour. Shape a loaf by hand and bake in the oven. Allergen information: Contains gluten-containing cereals. May contain traces of tree nuts and sesame.
