LEINOS Oil and Wax Remover 948, 250 ml Cleaner for Wood and Metal

Description

• Removes old wax layers, polish residue, oil films, and grease from wood, iron, stainless steel, and coated metals.
• Solvent-free, water-based, mildly alkaline cleaner with potash, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants, glycerin, and xanthan; surfactants are biodegradable.
• Apply undiluted, spread with a soft pad, leave to work for 510 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clear water and allow to dry.
• Test on an inconspicuous area first; not suitable for nonferrous metals such as zinc or aluminum.
• Cover glass, ceramic, clinker, and adjacent surfaces, or rinse them immediately after contact.

LEINOS Oil and Wax Remover 948 is a water-based, mildly alkaline cleaner for thoroughly removing oil and wax residues from wood and metal surfaces. It prepares surfaces for subsequent treatment or recoating and is suitable for indoor wood surfaces and metal surfaces, except nonferrous metals such as zinc or aluminum. Apply the undiluted cleaner generously and work it into the surface with a pad. Leave it to work for 510 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clear water. The process can be repeated for heavier soiling. Cover glass, ceramic, clinker, and surfaces not intended for treatment before use. Discoloration may occur on tannin-rich woods such as oak; this can be removed with LEINOS Tannin Stain Remover 946. The cleaner is solvent-free, colorless, and contains biodegradable surfactants in accordance with Detergents Regulation No. 648/2004. The 250 ml container may be sufficient for several applications, depending on the type and severity of the soiling. When stored in a cool, frost-free place, the product has a shelf life of at least 24 months.
