Description

• Easy to prepare: Bake delicious bread quickly and easily with the Lembecker Seed Bread baking mix.
• Required ingredients: 600 ml lukewarm water, 1 cube of fresh yeast or 2 packets of active dry yeast, 1 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp salt.
• Preparation: Dissolve the fresh yeast and honey in 100 ml water. Mix the baking mix with the salt, add 500 ml lukewarm water and the dissolved yeast, knead well, and let rise for approximately 3040 minutes. Bake at 200C (convection: 180C) for 60 minutes.
• Quality ingredients: WHEAT flour type 812, whole-wheat WHEAT flour, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
• Baking tip: Place a bowl of water in the oven to help keep the bread from becoming too dry.
