A freely moving ring characterizes this loose-ring snaffle. A movable ring allows greater mobility of the bit in the horses mouth. This makes the loose-ring snaffle suitable for horses that prefer a more mobile bit. The ring runs very smoothly in the copper bushings of the mouthpiece, and its improved durability significantly extends the bits service life. Leather bits are exceptionally well accepted; practically every horse likes the taste. Leather is a pure natural product that stimulates chewing activity and salivation. The bit glides easily in the mouth, thereby increasing comfort. When moist, the anatomically pre-formed mouthpiece adapts perfectly to the anatomy of the horses mouth. Our leather mouthpiece is particularly suitable for young and extremely sensitive horses. Even horses that are completely resistant to bridles usually accept a leather bit willingly and can relearn to approach the bit with confidence.
