Mild shoyu soy sauce made using traditional Japanese fermentation for at least 18 months. Ingredients: water, soybeans*, wheat*, sea salt, fermented koji (*certified organic ingredient). Nutritional values per 100 g: energy 264 kJ / 62 kcal; fat 0.1 g, of which saturates 0 g; carbohydrates 6.2 g, of which sugars 0 g; fiber 0.7 g; protein 8.8 g; salt 12 g. Store in a cool, shaded place. Ideal as a seasoning for sushi, soups, sauces, vegetables, meat, and fish dishes.
