Step 2: Apply a thin layer of your chosen fiber gel with a gel brush. Step 3: Cure the clear gel for 60 seconds, then cure a colored fiber gel for 60 seconds. Step 4: Build up the nail and repeat Step 3. Step 5: Remove the tacky layer with NailPerfect UV Cleanser. Step 7: File the nail and finish it with the UPVOTED High Shine Top.
