12 x 12 cm organic spelt pillow. Fabric: 100% cotton. Organic quality, made in Germany. Depending on whether you need warmth or immediate cooling, you can heat the pillow in the microwave or oven, or cool it in the refrigerator or freezer. Easy to use as a microwave heat pillow: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for about 1 minute. If the desired warmth has not yet been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating it in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. As an oven heat pillow: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and ensure the pillow is unobstructed. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. As a radiator heat pillow: If less warmth is needed, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Different fillings (pits and grains): You can choose between different fillings, including spelt, cherry pit, flaxseed, grape seed, rapeseed, St. John's wort seed, and wheat. The fillings range from very hard cherry pits to the very fine St. John's wort seeds. Our recommendation is rapeseed. Instructions for use: MICROWAVE WITH TURNTABLE: 600 watts (medium setting) for 1 minute. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow and continue heating in 15-second intervals. OVEN: Do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, and switch off the grill function. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. COLD PILLOW: Place in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. RADIATOR: Warm on a radiator when less warmth is needed. Warnings: CAUTION! Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease residue can damage the product. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the grains do not dry out. Excessive heating, excessively high power, or an activated grill function can cause the pillow to overheat and potentially catch fire. Also follow your appliance's instructions; some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before heating it again.
