• AGING: Herbs are macerated for at least 2 months in 50% alcohol. The base wine made from Macabeo and Xarello is blended with the herbal extract. Mistela provides mild sweetness. The vermouth matures in 50-year-old hazelnut barrels, giving it its characteristic color and balance.
