Available in three sizes: XS for children aged approximately 6 and up S/M for teenagers and smaller adults L/XL for adults Available with either ear loops or head straps. Polygiene ViralOff ViralOff uses silver chloride as its active ingredient. It is registered as a biocide under the European Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) in category Pt (disinfection). Its effectiveness was demonstrated in a test according to ISO 18184:2019. In this test, contamination with pathogens was reduced by 99% within 2 hours. A test certificate is available. Contains no nanosilver. The silver ions used are approximately 100 times larger than nanosilver, and therefore do not interact with human skin or interfere with the skins natural bacterial flora. The mask no longer needs to be washed. The effect of ViralOff is permanent. If soiled, however, the mask can be washed approximately 15 times at 4060C before the effect of ViralOff begins to diminish.
