Neck pillow and heating pillow with a natural filling. Made from 100% cotton and filled with 100% rapeseeds. Use as a heating pillow: - Microwave: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for about 1 minute. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the neck pillow well and continue heating in 15-second intervals. The detailed instructions specify 90 seconds at 600 watts for a microwave with a turntable. - Oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper, switch off the grill function, and heat with top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. An earlier instruction specifies approximately 1015 minutes. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven to prevent the filling from drying out. - Radiator: For less heat, warm the pillow on a radiator. Use as a cold pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it. Check the temperature before use or giving it to another person. Never heat it unattended and follow the instructions for your microwave or other appliance. This heating pillow is not a toy for children. Caution: Fire hazard. Ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contamination such as food residue or grease can damage the product. Overheating, excessive heating time, excessive power, or using the grill function can cause the pillow to overheat and catch fire. Some appliances prohibit heating pillows. Read and retain the instructions and safety information.
