Chambered neck pillow made of 100% cotton and filled with rapeseeds. This is one of our smaller neck heating pillows. For people who need a larger and heavier pillow for the neck area, we recommend our neck pillow with stand-up collar or our neck pillow with collar. Depending on whether you need warmth or immediate cooling, heat the pillow in the microwave or oven, or cool it in the refrigerator or freezer. For microwave use, heat at approximately 600 watts on the medium setting for about 1 minute. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For oven use, do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, leave the pillow unobstructed, and place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. For lower heat requirements, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pack, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Rapeseeds are small, black, oil-rich beads that make the pillow particularly soft and conformable. Their scent is very neutral. Other filling options include spelt, cherry kernels, flaxseed, grape seeds, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat; our recommendation is the rapeseed filling. This wellness heating and cooling pillow is intended for home use. Read and retain the instructions and safety information before use, and include them if the item is passed on. Caution: Fire hazard. Make sure the seams are closed and the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease can damage the product. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so the filling does not dry out. Excessive heating, excessive power, or use of the grill function can overheat the pillow and cause a fire. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heating pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it.
