Flavor: Aromatic roasted hazelnuts (42%) combined with exotic desiccated coconut make the hearts of nut lovers beat faster. Together with fine cocoa, whole milk, and valuable Rapadura whole cane sugar, they are blended into a delicately melting Samba spread. Rapadura whole cane sugar, Cristallino cane sugar, and cocoa powder are fairly traded and sourced from HAND IN HAND partners. The consistency depends on temperature: creamy at room temperature and firm when refrigerated. Store in a cool, dry place. Use as a spread, for making desserts, as a pastry filling, or simply enjoy straight from the jar as a praline.
