Prepare the necessary tools: sole stickers and small scissors. 2. Cut to the required length and apply only to the front part of high-heeled shoes that contacts the ground. Generally, 3 pairs can be applied per meter to high-heeled shoes and 2 pairs to flat shoes. Do not apply to the heel. 3. Remove the white release paper from the back and begin applying. While applying, peel the side backing from top to bottom and press out as much air as possible. 4. Trim the edges. Hold the sole facing upward while trimming to make cutting easier. 5. Press firmly and repeatedly after application to secure it. Wait 24 hours before wearing the shoes. To replace the sole sticker: First, heat the insole with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive, then slowly peel it off.
