They are low in calories and carbohydrates, gluten-free, and vegan. The white, neutral-tasting konjac noodles can be used to create a wide variety of dishes. Whether traditionally fried, seasoned with mirin and shoyu, or prepared as Pasta Napoli, Shirataki noodles are versatile. When you need a quick meal, konjac noodles are ideal for fast, vegan cooking, with a cooking time of just 1 minute. Shirataki noodles are made from the roots of the so-called teardrop tree (Amorphophallus konjac). Preparation: Drain Arche Bio Shirataki and rinse in a sieve with warm water until odorless. Place in boiling water, cook for 1 minute, drain, and continue preparing according to the recipe.
