Vacuum-packed Sirtakis Natural Halloumi with 43% fat in dry matter. This natural cheese for grilling and pan-frying is sprinkled with salt and mint. A specialty in many Mediterranean countries, halloumi was first documented in Cyprus in the 16th century. It has a savory, firm texture and retains its characteristic shape when heated, making it suitable for grilling, baking, and pan-frying. Enjoy it with bread or in salads, on its own, as a cheese cream or dip, with honey and walnuts, in a halloumi omelet, in ravioli, with fries, brek, burgers, watermelon, or dates, or dried and grated.
