  • ZAATAR SPICE BLEND: Authentic Lebanese-Arabic blend with sumac, roasted sesame and thyme. Citrusy, roasted flavor without heat. New recipe, now with less salt.
  • INGREDIENTS: Roasted sesame, sumac, thyme, oregano, marjoram and sea salt (5%). No artificial additives, preservatives or colors. Contains sesame.
  • PERFECT FOR HUMMUS, SALADS & ROASTED VEGETABLES: Also ideal on eggs, grilled fish, chicken skewers, lamb kofta and flatbread with olive oil. Classic Middle Eastern flavor.
  • IDEAL FOR PLANT-BASED COOKING: Use on baba ghanoush, tabbouleh, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled tofu, avocado toast and flatbread for authentic Arabic flavor.
  • EASY TO USE: Use approximately 1 tsp per 200 g as a dry rub, marinade or finishing spice. Mix with olive oil for a classic zaatar dip.
