100 g of whole nutmeg corresponds to approximately 1822 pieces. The aromatic nutmeg, with its spicy flavor, is especially suitable for a fine bchamel sauce and for seasoning potato dishes, sauces, meat dishes, vegetables, punch, cocoa, and mulled wine beverages. A small pinch at the end of cooking is enough to bring out the spicy flavor.
