Description

  • STORY: It all began in 1960, when Sergio Zenato, driven by ambition, experimented with new winemaking technologies. He invested in native grape varieties to produce wines of the highest quality. Today, his wife Carla and their children are involved in the winery with the same enthusiasm and dedication.
  • AGING: The special quality of this red wine also results from an elaborate and demanding production process. The first manual harvest takes place in the second half of September. These grapes are dried for two months before further processing and then aged for 24 months in French oak. A second manual harvest of the Corvina grapes takes place at the end of October. These overripe grapes are matured in stainless steel tanks. Both wines are then blended.
